Accomodation
The accommodation is set over two floors; the ground floor has a sunny well equipped kitchen/breakfast room that opens out onto a small private garden area with seating, this leads through to a ground floor bedroom, with a single bed (which converts to a twin) and ample wardrobe space.
There is a large spacious sitting room with a comfortable corner sofa and the log-burning stove. This room also opens out into a relaxing double aspect sitting / reading area with views out to the garden. The shower room / lavatory is also on the ground floor.
The first floor bedroom features a king sized bed and has exposed beams and windows to the front and back with views over open countryside.
Facilities
On arrival you will be greeted with a complimentary welcome pack including homemade scones or cake.
There is parking for two cars at the Cottage and dogs are welcome. The Cottage comes equipped with oil fired central heating and log burning stove (first basket of logs provided), TV with Freeview, microwave, cooker and freezer. We also provide towels and organic cotton sheets.
For an additional charge we can also provide a simple evening meal, e.g. steak & kidney pie, spaghetti bolognese (using locally sourced produce where possible). Picnic hampers can also be provided on request.
With sufficient notice we can offer a baby sitting service. There are laundry facilities available.
